Tax Season & In-Person Appointments During CoVID-19

For the 2022 Income Tax Filing Season, and due to the ongoing CoVid-19 Pandemic (and new Omicron Variant), we will have a limited number of in-person appointments available each day. In-person appointments can be scheduled during the following times:

Monday - Saturday, starting at 11:00AM to 7:00PM. 

Sundays from 12:00PM to 7:00PM 


You must call us at (562) 806-1428. When making appointments, please take note of the following items: 

  1. Upon arrival, you must call us from your vehicle or from the outside to let us know you have arrived. 
  2. Face masks are now optional but encouraged. 
  3. Social distancing will be encouraged. 
  4. There will be a time limit of 50 minutes for each appointment. Any members of your party who are accompanying you, are asked to stay in your vehicle or stay outside, due to office capacity limitations. The only exception will be spouses/partners, elderly or infirmed that cannot stay in the vehicle or outside.
  5. No children will be allowed to accompany you. 


Other Ways of Filing Taxes With Us

Although we are accepting a limited number of appointments, clients are still encouraged to send us tax documents through one of 4 secure methods, instead of meeting in person: 

  1. Using our secure e-mail: info@connietaxpro.com. Make sure you call us to let us know you are sending documents. 
  2. Fax to our secure fax number: (562) 806-0828. Again, call us to let us know when you are sending faxes. 
  3. Mail documents to us: P.O. Box 787, Downey, CA 90241 
  4. Drop off tax forms and information at our office. Call us ahead of time to let us know you will be dropping off items.

We can complete your tax return filing through secure video conference (Zoom or Blue Jeans), and you may sign your forms through DocuSign. Payment for fees can be paid through Zelle, Paypal, or over the Phone.


We are CoVID-19 Safety Certified by Los Angeles County. What does this mean?

We take the health of our clients, and staff seriously. That is why we underwent voluntary training to have our office certified, and be in full compliance for with all CoVID-19 safety protocols. To earn this CoVID Safety Certificate, and to continue to be in compliance, we have implemented the following changes to the office:


  1. Installed hospital grade HEPA Air Filters throughout the office, to maintain proper ventilation.
  2. All accountants, tax preparers, and clerks, must wear masks at all times while working in the office. 
  3. Constant hand washing, and hand sanitizing is mandatory throughout the day for anyone that works in the office. 
  4. High touch common areas in the office, such as door knobs, client seats, desk surfaces, keyboards, phones, and etc, are santized constanly throughout the day, with hospital grade sanitizer that kills viruses. Sanitizer is applied with high power fine mist machine which covers services more effectively. 
  5. High touch areas are also wiped down with sanitizing wipes in between sprays. 
  6. Social distancing between staff members and between clients is mandatory. 
  7. All incoming papers are disinfected with a UV-C light in special containers. 
  8. We have limited in-person client appointments to 8 per day with a 50 minute time limit per appointment. 
  9. Walk-ins are not accepted, to limit the number of people inside the office. 
  10. We sanitize areas where clients sit and interact with staff, in between appointments. 
  11. We limit the number of people allowed inside the office. We only allow a maximum of 5-6 people (including staff), to ensure proper social distancing. 
  12. Staff undergo daily temperature checks, before and during their work shifts. 
  13. All clients who enter the office are required to wear masks at all times. These masks must cover their nose and mouth. 
  14. All clients must undergo a temperature check before entering the office. Any client that shows a temperature higher than 99.5 degrees is asked to reschedule their appointments. 
  15. All clients must sanitize their hands upon entering the office, and will be asked to sanitize their hands again, before signing any documents. 
  16. We are encouraging clients to file their return with us using secure e-mail, fax, mail, or by drop off. 
  17. We also encourage clients to use video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Blue Jeans, to communicate with us.
